Foursome is a tool for golfers to find and organize rounds with other golfers. By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use Foursome.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping access to your email secure. Provide accurate profile information. One person, one account.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post content that is harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, fraudulent or illegal. You may not spam, impersonate others, or use Foursome for commercial solicitation. We review reports and will remove offending content and ban users who break these rules, normally within 24 hours of a report.
You can report any player, round or message, and block any player, from inside the app. Blocking hides that player's rounds and messages from you and prevents them from joining rounds you create.
Foursome introduces golfers to each other but does not run background checks, verify identities or handicaps, or book tee times. You are responsible for your own safety and conduct when meeting people. Meet at the course, tell someone your plans, and use good judgment.
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to store and display it to other users as needed to run the service. You are responsible for what you post.
Foursome is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for disputes between users, for anything that happens at or on the way to a round, or for indirect or consequential damages.
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms. If the changes are material we will notify you in the app. Continuing to use Foursome after changes take effect means you accept them.
